1. Controller
PPVG LLC, 550-536 W Burkitt St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States · [email protected]
We are based in the United States. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR still applies to this site, and the sections below describe how we handle your data under it.
2. What we collect
When you complete the qualification form: your industry, your answer to the industry's compliance question, an optional description of your business, your monthly card volume band, what you selected as your current problem, your timeline, your name, company, country of registration, email address and, if you give it, a phone or Telegram handle. We also store the campaign parameters in the address you arrived on (for example utm_source) and the time of your request.
When you open the site: our infrastructure provider processes the technical data any web request carries, including IP address, browser and country, to deliver the page and keep it secure.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- Handling your request, checking whether we can introduce you to a payment provider, and preparing the call: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent to be contacted, which you give with the checkbox).
- Running and securing the site: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functioning, non-abused website). The rate limit on the form is part of this.
- Measuring which ads bring requests, using the Meta Pixel: only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.
4. Who receives your data
| Service | Purpose | Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Pages, Functions, KV | Hosting, the form endpoint and storage of your request | Cloudflare, Inc., United States |
| Google Fonts | Typefaces, loaded from Google servers when the page opens | Google Ireland Limited, Dublin |
| Meta Pixel | Measuring ad performance, only after you allow it | Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin |
| Cal.com | Scheduling the call, if you choose a slot | Cal.com, Inc., United States |
Your data goes to the payment provider only once you decide, after our call, to apply — and only with your agreement. We do not sell data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
We are a US company and our hosting provider is based in the US, so your request is processed there. Transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, and for Meta on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable.
6. Meta Pixel and your consent
The pixel loads only if you click “Allow” in the cookie notice. It then sets cookies and reports that you opened the page or sent a request. For collecting and transmitting this data we and Meta are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future:
Withdrawn. The pixel will not load again.
7. How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted after 12 months. Technical logs are kept short-term by our infrastructure provider. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it.
